How it works
Three steps
- Tell us who
Call or text us their name and number, or have them mention you when they apply.
- They get hired
They need a CDL-A and two years of verifiable OTR experience, same as everyone.
- You get paid
The $1,000 bonus is paid once they are seated and running.
Per referred driver
$0
No cap on how many drivers you refer. Each one who gets seated earns a separate bonus.

Do I have to drive for ASAP Trans Corp to refer someone?
No. Anyone can refer a driver and collect the bonus.
When does the bonus get paid?
Once the driver you referred is seated and running. Talk to a recruiter for the exact payment schedule.
Who qualifies as a referral?
A CDL-A driver with a minimum of two years of verifiable OTR experience who has not already applied with us.
How many drivers can I refer?
There is no cap. Each qualifying driver who gets seated earns a separate bonus.
Trucks are sitting. Drivers are not.
If you have two years of OTR experience, we can usually get you an answer the same day you call.
